World Mental Health Day

Reception Class thought of lots of suggestions as to what they would like to do tomorrow for World Mental Health Day. They thought about one positive thing that would make them feel good and they would enjoy doing. Some answers were: 

  • Reading a book
  • Getting fresh air
  • Going to a park
  • Doing exercise
  • Playing with their friends
  • Giving and receiving a hug!

Not only are the children going to try to remember to do their one positive thing tomorrow, they are also going to talk about it to their parents and try to encourage them to do one positive thing too.
