Diwali Day!
Today Reception class learnt about the Hindu festival of Diwali. They looked at photographs of celebrations and listened to the story of Rama and Sita. Then they explored the festival through the provision. Activities included making diva lamps, making paper lanterns, making rangoli patterns and making Diwali cards.
