Trip to Meanwood Farm

We visited Meanwood Valley Urban Farm to take part in a workshop on minibeasts as part of our Science unit on 'Living things and their habitats'.  We began the day by hunting for minibeasts in three different microhabitats: plants, logs and soil.  Then we were set the challenge of making an ideal habitat for a given minibeast.  The results were excellent!
