Our art lessons this half term complimented our Ancient Egypt history topic. We looked at Ancient Egyptian pottery and the designs used on them. We then sketched all our ideas and used our favourites to design our pots. Year 3 went on to make some fantastic jugs and handled pots using a pinching technique and used clay tools to carved their Egyptian inspired designs.
