Planting
On our trip to Harlow Carr every child planted a seed in a pot as part of our workshop and now the seeds have grown into beautiful plants. We learned how a seed needs soil, space, water, sunlight and oxygen to grow. Children loved seeing that their seeds had grown into plants and it has been really useful to watch the plant lifecycle happen over the last term. The plants were now ready to be planted in the school garden so Mrs Skelton kindly worked with the children to do the planting.
