Mental Health and Well-Being Day

Reception class have had a very relaxing day. We began our learning by understanding what ‘well-being’ means. The children then went into the Bruce Room to enjoy some mindfulness activities with Zoe. We learnt ways to all ourselves down if we were feeling anxious and worried. We also learnt some yoga poses which was so much fun. In the afternoon, the class enjoyed some sensory play with Emily from Moo Music.
