Maya Football

We had a great afternoon playing the Ancient Maya ball game, traditionally known as 'Pitz' during PE. While our version was much less deadly (no sacrifices or hard ball) we still applied the Maya spirit and worked together as a team. The children loved it and came up with some brilliant names relating to Maya City States.
