Making Bread
As part of our topic work on British Farms, the children have been learning about the difference produce that comes from farms. Using the story of The Little Red Hen, the children learned how wheat is turned into flour and how flour is a key baking ingredient. Instead of the Little Red Hen’s lazy and unhelpful friends, the children all worked as part of a team to bake bread.
