Epiphany - La Galette des Rois

Today, we celebrated the Epiphany as they do in France; the whole class came together to share a delicious Galette des Rois cake, all hoping they would be the lucky recipient of the feve. To make sure that slices were fairly distributed, the youngest person hid under the table to decide who got which slice. Finally, when everyone was served, we ate carefully, looking for the feve until our king or queen was revealed! Congratulations to our queen, and her chosen king- they ruled fairly and with good humour for the rest of the day!
