Cross country running with our Reception class buddies
To support the physical and mental health of our pupils, Reception class have started to do cross-country running in our beautiful local park and woodland with their Year 6 buddies. Here are some photos of our first run. The Year 6's were so supportive, caring and encouraging with their allocated buddy, who they have helped to look after at break and lunch times since the Reception class children started school with us. The bonds that have been formed have been wonderful to see. We are so proud of both our Reception and Year 6 children!
