Cooking in the Curriculum
Today the children were taught how to use the bridge knife technique to cube butter for out reindeer brownies. They then measured out ingredients using cups and spoons and mixed all of the dry and wet ingredients together. The children then had great fun decorating their brownies to make them look like reindeer.
