Extra Information

• The children will be leaving Meanwood Bus Terminus at 2:30pm, Monday 17th June. Please be there by 2:15pm at the latest.
• Your child does not have to attend school that morning. However, if they do attend school they will walked to the terminus by staff for departure at 2:30pm. 
• The children will be transported to Newby Wiske on a coach, arriving at 3:30pm. 
• Your child will need to bring with them a sleeping bag and a pillow. 
• Please ensure that your child has lunch before they leave. 
• Please read the kit list carefully and ensure that your child has all they need. The class will be taking part in the Aqua Park activity so they will need to take appropriate clothing which they don't mind getting wet.
• No electronics: this includes mobile phones. 
• Any medication will need to be in a labelled plastic bag with clear instructions. All medication will be given to Mrs Monk before we leave the terminus on Monday 17th June. 
• Maximum of £15 spending money: this must be in a small labelled wallet or purse. This will also be collected at the bus terminus on Monday 17th June before we depart. 
• Updates will be communicated via Arbor and photographs will be uploaded to the website on a daily basis. 
• The children will return via coach on Friday 21st June at around 4:15pm. Please make arrangements for your child to be picked up at this time. 
• Please complete the parental permission form and return to school by Thursday 13th June at the latest.
