Year 6 Class Ethos
Our ethos outlines what we
are like as people, what our goals are, and ultimately the message we want to
send to others.
Each part of our statement has been taken from members of our class!
We are Year 6!
We want to help people who need it, and take pride from doing so.
We want to respect others, and be selfless in our actions.
We have the responsibility to take care of our school, and the right to feel
welcomed and safe in our classroom.
We want to be optimistic, even when times are tough.
We have a responsibility to listen to others, and we know we have the right to
have our voices heard.
We have the responsibility to be kind and helpful, treating others with the
trust and respect we would like to receive.
We have the right to be happy in our classroom; we want to see smiley faces!
We are responsible in setting an example to others.
We have the right to have fun, and enjoy the challenges that lie ahead.
We have the right to play, enjoy our education, and be the best people we can
be.
We want to aim high, and we will always do our best.
We want to be brave, and not afraid.
We want to be proud of our class.
We want to be proud of our school.
